All your personal data we receive is kept private and secure against unauthorized access through our Secure Server Software, which fully encrypts (make your information unreadable) and protects your information so it cannot be read or used by anyone accept us.
 
Soycandlesite.com does not give, sell or rent your personal information to anyone, for any reason! It is used only for the purpose of completing your transactions with our customer records and us.

Returns:
 
We have a 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can return it within 30 days for an exchange or a full refund of the item(s) purchase price. If the return is the result of an error made by us, your shipping cost will be refunded.
 
Please, email us first at customerservice@soycandlesite.com before you ship the item back and please inform us which product(s) you are returning. We will give you a control#. Please repackage the product (s) in the original package. Then package in a brown corrugated box for protection. Enclose the packing slip and instructions with the product to be returned, and please send it back via UPS or United States Postal Service.
 
 
Please Note:
 
Since you are purchasing a pure and all natural candle we want to let you know that if it becomes exposed to extreme temperatures it may arrive with the wax looking "cracked" or "sweating" with a drop or a pool of scent on the top.  This is NORMAL with Natural Wax Soy Candles and will go away once you light it up. If you are not satisfied, we are not either. If you still are not satisfied or have received a damaged item, please read our Damaged Items policy.
 
 
Damaged Items:
 
We take many precautions to assure your order will arrive promptly and safely. If your merchandise you received has bee lost or damaged, or broken during shipment please e-mail us at customerservice@soycandlesite.com and inform us with in the first 3 days of receipt of your order. We will promptly arrange for you to return the product and send a replacement for the damaged merchandise. All claims must be filed within 3 days.
 
 
Refunds:
 
Refunds are issued in the form of which you made your payment.  If you made the payment with your Visa then your refund will be given on your Visa. If you made the payment with your PayPal then you will be refunded through your PayPal. If you made a payment with a Money Order then we will refund you a check after we have received the returned products.
 
 
Sales Tax:
 
Unfortunately, California Residents must add 7.25% sales tax.
